前往新加坡5-6个小时的长途飞行少不了会让中老年选手感觉疲惫

泳池赛的试水也是7：30开始

连续的早起和水土不服引起了部分队员的感冒、腰伤、牙痛、浮肿、拉稀、失眠、中暑等症状

Continuous early morning and unacceptable weather caused some team members to catch colds, waist injuries, toothache, swelling, diarrhea, insomnia, heat stroke and other symptoms.

泳池热身时也会被蛙腿，蝶手打到手肿受伤

When warming up the swimming pool, you will also be swollen and injured by frog legs or butterfly hands.

我们110多名选手的英文检录工作和每天的参赛引导涉及到近300个单项和24个接力的准时到位

Our English inspection and recording work and daily participation guidance involve around 300 individual events and 24 relays on time.

每天摄影摄像和志愿者分两组在不同地点的两个场馆从7：30的热身到16：30的比赛结束

Every day, photography and volunteers are divided into two groups in two venues at different locations. From the warm-up at 7:30 to the end of the game at 16:30

这次的热身有非常细节的规定，一旦违规，会取消参赛资格

There are very detailed regulations for this warm-up. If the rules are violated, the qualification will be disqualified.

如果比赛成绩明显没有超过年龄组的达标成绩线，也是会取消后续参赛项目的

If the competition results obviously do not exceed the age group's performance line, subsequent participation will be cancelled

虽然赛场中所有的标识牌都是英文的，走回酒店也要穿越1300米左右，大家的主动关爱是安全和顺利的保障

Although all the signs in the arena are in English, you have to travel about 1,300 meters when you walk back to the hotel. Everyone’s active care is a guarantee of safety and smoothness.

The contestants who failed to stand also broke 22 national age group records in succession and showed their might.

但本次比赛我们金银铜牌和总数量都努力超越了自己

我自己的个人项目也从2017布达佩斯的3000米公开水域第72名-2019光州的第39名-2024多哈的第30名进步到了2025新加坡的第25名

My own personal project 3000m open water swimminghas also improved from 72nd place in Budapest in 2017 - 39th place in Gwangju in 2019 - 30th place in Doha in 2024 to 25th place in Singapore in 2025

200仰则继续2019光州和2024多哈的第17名，实现三连17名！

200m Backstroke continued to be ranked 17th in Gwangju2019 and Doha2024, three times achieving 17th consecutive places!

这次，同时还游了100仰的第28名，50自的第82名和两个接力的第16和18名
